However, its success hinges on overcoming the country's severe power generation shortfall, inadequate infrastructure, and entrenched reliance on oil revenues. Without simultaneous, massive investment in grid capacity and road networks, the policy risks becoming symbolic, failing to compete with more advanced African automotive markets and leaving Nigeria's "petro-paralysis" unaddressed....
