Rubix Resources has agreed to acquire exploration licenses in Cameroon and Congo from Nyos and Yoro Metals, targeting areas with no modern exploration. The deal involves payments of $1.2 million cash and 10 million shares, plus performance rights tied to major milestones like a resource estimate or a successful scoping study. The acquisition is contingent on standard conditions, including due diligence and regulatory approvals. This expands Rubix's portfolio beyond its existing base metals and gold projects in Australia and Canada....
