The African Development Bank's Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) has secured €50 million from Germany and Italy to boost Africa's energy transition and "Mission 300" goals. Germany's funding targets universal energy access and a new green hydrogen program, while Italy's contribution supports renewable energy projects. The event highlighted blended finance as key to de-risking investments and showcased successful projects in solar power and clean cooking.
