UAE’s Masdar and EMSTEEL lead the way with MENA’s first green steel production
Masdar, the UAE’s leading clean energy company, and EMSTEEL, the nation’s largest publicly listed steel and building materials producer, have announced the successful completion of a groundbreaking pilot project using green hydrogen to produce green steel.
The innovative project marks the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
