Al-Kaabi meets Libya's minister of oil and gas
HE the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, Saad bin Sherida al-Kaabi met in Tehran on Sunday with Khalifa Abdul-Sadiq, the "appointed" Minister of Oil and Gas in Libya's Government of National Unity.
Discussions during the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 26th ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, dealt with energy relations and co-operation between Qatar and Libya and means to enhance them.
