Libya's oil production is set to resume after more than a month of suspension due to a political standoff between the country's eastern and western administrations. The halt was caused by a dispute over the leadership of the Central Bank of Libya, which impacted oil exports. Recent UN-mediated talks led to an agreement between rival factions, paving the way to restoring production, which had dropped from 1.2 million bpd to around 400,000 bpd in September....
