Libya's NOC to announce bidding for oil, gas exploration concessions by year-end
Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) chief said on Tuesday the company will announce a new bidding round for oil and gas exploration concessions before year-end.
NOC's oil production has reached 1.4 million barrels per day including condensates, Farhat Bengdara said at an industry event in Cairo.
