At 25, the Tunisian innovator leads ventures in education technology and green energy.

Nour Ben Lazreg is an example of a new wave of African entrepreneurs combining leadership, innovation, and social and environmental commitment.

She leads two primary ventures. The first is Digimytch, an interactive e-learning platform that transforms the educational experience in Tunisia and across several African countries. The platform uses interactive games and innovative pedagogy to help students learn while developing key 21st-century skills like critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.

Simultaneously, she leads Chrysoptera, a greentech startup that designs practical solutions to accelerate the energy transition. The company works on renewable energy production, energy efficiency, and supports businesses in their sustainable transformation. Through this work, her ambition is to demonstrate that economic growth can be combined with environmental respect while creating jobs for young people.

As a certified trainer and mentor, Ben Lazreg has guided over 4,000 students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs in design, soft skills, communication, entrepreneurship, and market research. Her approach focuses on hands-on experience, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learn.

Her achievements have been recognized internationally. She is a regional finalist of the 2025 South Europe Startup Awards in two categories: Best Newcomer Startup for Chrysoptera and Founder of the Year. She also serves as an international mentor and judge for organizations including UN Women Europe & Central Asia and the Hult Prize.

Deeply involved in energy transition, she is an active member of the Tunisian Women Network for Energy Transition (TWNET) and regularly speaks at international panels on innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. She believes innovation must be inclusive and responsible, addressing the social and environmental challenges of the time.

Through her career, Ben Lazreg has combined pragmatism, creativity, and leadership, positioning her as a figure for African youth and a catalyst for positive change.
