By: Zawya

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Ras Al Khaimah’s innovation hub to advance next-generation technologies. The California-based electric vehicle maker signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with RAK Digital Assets Oasis to collaborate across three major fields: artificial intelligence (AI), Web3 and the digital economy, and embodied intelligence.

The agreement outlines plans to jointly establish research and innovation centers in the UAE, leveraging both parties' technological capabilities and ecosystem resources. The collaboration aims to conduct research, testing, and real-world applications of these technologies, positioning Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City as a forward-looking benchmark for next-generation urban and industrial development.

During the signing ceremony, Faraday Future also delivered its FX Super One vehicle to RAK Innovation City—marking the company's second delivery in the UAE. The first FX Super One in the country was delivered to global football star Andrés Iniesta.

Paul Dawalibi, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City, described FF as “one of Innovation City’s most important innovation partners” and a long-term strategic ally. Tin Mok, Head of FF UAE, emphasized the synergy between FF’s expertise in AI, Web3, and embodied intelligence and the innovation-friendly environment of Ras Al Khaimah.

Faraday Future currently operates a regional factory and operations center in Ras Al Khaimah spanning approximately 108,000 square feet, which supports production of both FF and FX vehicles. The company has outlined a roadmap for 2026 sales and deliveries in the UAE market and plans to initiate a Phase II expansion of its Ras Al Khaimah facility to enhance localized production capacity and meet growing demand.
