Ethiopian Airlines Group Receives the Prestigious Ethiopian Quality Award

Ethiopian Airlines Group, the largest airline in Africa and one of the fastest growing airline brands globally, is proud to announce that it has won the prestigious First Level Award of Excellence at the 12th National Quality Award Competition Ceremony organized by the Ethiopian Quality Award Organization. Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mr. Mesfin Tasew received the award from the Guest of Honor, His Excellency Taye Atske Selassie, President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. 

Regarding the award, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mr. Mesfin Tasew Said, “I am extremely pleased to receive this prestigious Award granted to Ethiopian Airlines Group. On behalf of the 20,000 dedicated employees of Ethiopian Airlines Group and myself, I would like to express our gratitude to the Ethiopian Quality Award Organization for recognizing the achievements of the Group. The National Quality Award, a highly prestigious excellence award in Ethiopia, recognizes outstanding organizations in the country. The selection process follows a rigorous evaluation, including a comprehensive review of documentation submitted in response to the Ethiopian Quality Awards questionnaire, as well as an intensive audit and interviews across all operational areas.
