Envision Energy and ACWA Power have signed a seven‑year framework agreement to cooperate on the development, construction, and operation of utility‑scale solar farms across Asia and the Middle East. The partnership pairs Envision’s renewable‑energy technology, including solar PV and integrated energy‑management systems, with ACWA Power’s project‑development, financing, and operations expertise to accelerate deployment at scale. The agreement is structured to enable a pipeline of projects delivered over multiple jurisdictions and to leverage both companies’ capabilities in project engineering, procurement, and construction.

Planned collaboration under the framework emphasises system optimisation and the integration of battery energy storage where required to enhance grid flexibility and renewable penetration. Partners expect to coordinate on site selection, permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial arrangements while exploring local manufacturing, workforce development, and financing solutions to improve project bankability. The agreement is presented as a multi‑year approach to expand renewable capacity and support regional decarbonisation objectives through aggregated project delivery and operational best practice.
