EDF Middle East has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KIND (Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development) to collaborate on the development of low-carbon energy assets in the Middle East and globally.

The partnership brings together EDF’s expertise in renewable energy development and operations with KIND’s experience in structuring and financing large infrastructure projects. The two organizations aim to create a strong pipeline of next-generation clean energy solutions that support the global energy transition.

The MoU was signed by Béatrice Buffon, Executive Director of EDF Group and CEO of EDF Power Solutions, and Bokhwan Kim, CEO of KIND. Both leaders expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration and its potential to accelerate sustainable energy development across key markets.

This alliance reinforces the commitment of both companies to advancing renewable energy infrastructure and promoting environmentally responsible growth.
