DSV advances Dubai logistics with Jebel Ali hub launch
Global logistics provider DSV is set to open a major new logistics hub in Jebel Ali South, Dubai, in March 2026. The 30,000 sqm facility represents a significant expansion of contract logistics capacity in the UAE, designed to meet the demands of increasingly complex and time-sensitive regional supply chains.
The state-of-the-art hub will provide more than 74,000 pallet positions supported by 22-meter high-bay racking, optimizing storage density and operational throughput. It will also feature advanced temperature-controlled chambers, enabling the handling of a broad range of products, including pharmaceuticals and perishable goods that require strict environmental conditions.
The development in Jebel Ali South reflects the growing demand for scalable, technologically advanced logistics infrastructure in Dubai, a key gateway for trade flows connecting Asia, Europe, and Africa. The facility's design, combining high capacity with environmental control and proximity to major ports and transport corridors, is intended to support customers managing multi-country distribution and sophisticated inventory strategies.
This investment marks a notable milestone in DSV’s long-term strategy for the Middle East. The scale and capabilities of the new hub position it as a central asset within DSV’s UAE operations, signaling confidence in Dubai’s logistics ecosystem and its capacity to support sustained growth across multiple industries.
