Aldar advances phased delivery of grade a logistics park at national industries park in Dubai
Aldar has announced a progress update on its Aldar Logistics Centres, a next-generation Grade A logistics park under construction within Dubai's National Industries Park (NIP). The project, a strategic partnership with DP World, is being built by Group AMANA and will be delivered in two phases, with full completion targeted for the first quarter of 2027.
Spanning nearly 150,000 square meters, the development comprises three state-of-the-art buildings designed for single and multiple tenants. The first building, covering over 67,000 square meters, is scheduled for delivery by the second quarter of 2026. The facility is purpose-built to support automation and advanced storage systems, catering to the needs of third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce, and retail companies.
The hub's design emphasizes operational efficiency and flexibility. Key features include a 15-meter eaves height, high-quality FM1 floor flatness, and flexible unit sizes ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 square meters. Independent access points for each building and a one-way circulation system are designed to ensure smooth traffic flow and streamlined logistics operations.
Strategically located within DP World's NIP, the centre benefits from direct connectivity to Jebel Ali Port, Al Maktoum International Airport, and major highways. This prime location positions it as a key hub for regional and international businesses seeking efficient access to the GCC and broader markets. The development is also targeting LEED Gold certification, integrating solar-ready rooftops and energy-efficient systems to minimize its carbon footprint.
