ADNOC L&S posts record AED13.6 billion revenue for nine months
Record Revenue Driven by Strategic Expansion
ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) has announced its strongest financial performance since its public listing, reporting record revenue of AED 13.6 billion ($3.7 billion) for the first nine months of 2025. This represents a substantial 39% year-on-year increase, underscoring the company's robust growth within the global energy maritime logistics sector. The results were fueled by strong performance across all its business segments and strategic expansion initiatives.
Strong Profitability and Shareholder Returns
The company's profitability saw significant gains, with a 30% rise in EBITDA to AED 4.13 billion ($1.12 billion), maintaining a healthy margin of 30%. Net profit also grew by 9% to AED 2.3 billion ($631 million). Reflecting confidence in its continued growth, ADNOC L&S has transitioned to quarterly dividend payouts and announced an expected 20% year-on-year increase in its full-year dividend, with a plan to raise it by 5% annually through 2030.
Segment Performance: Shipping Leads the Way
The company's success was broad-based, with all divisions contributing to the record figures. The Integrated Logistics segment grew revenue by 17%, driven by high utilization of its Jack-Up Barges and progress on major projects. The Shipping segment delivered the most dramatic growth, with revenue surging 99%, largely due to the consolidation of the Navig8 tanker fleet. The Services division also saw steady growth, supported by higher volumes at the Borouge Container Terminal.
A Confident Outlook as a Global Leader
CEO Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi attributed the record results to the strength of the company's strategy and disciplined execution. He emphasized that ADNOC L&S is successfully expanding its capacity and capturing value-accretive opportunities, reinforcing its position as a global leader in energy maritime logistics. The strong financial and operational performance provides a solid foundation for the company's ambitious long-term growth targets.
