Based in the UK, Harbour Energy plans to increase natural gas production from its fields in Egypt's Nile Delta. The company has outlined a three-year investment program with bp to boost output. Egypt's Minister of Petroleum has committed to removing obstacles for partners to facilitate this increase. The discussions also covered new investment opportunities via the Egypt Upstream Gateway. This follows a recent agreement to expand operations in the onshore Disouq gas field....
