Sturdee Energy has secured funding and will immediately begin construction on the R2 billion, 91.2 MW Bela Bela Solar Park in Limpopo. The project will supply clean electricity to a major gold mining company via Eskom's grid under a five-year agreement, helping to reduce the miner's carbon footprint. Upon completion, the solar park is expected to generate 209 GWh of energy annually, cutting CO₂ emissions by approximately 170,000 tonnes per year and marking a significant step in Sturdee's expansion across Southern Africa....
