Toubani Resources has secured a $395 million funding package to develop its Kobada Gold Project in Mali, transitioning from explorer to producer. The financing includes a $242 million gold stream and a $125 million share placement, supplementing existing cash reserves. This follows a highly positive feasibility study showing a 50% IRR and $500 million NPV for the project. The funding fully covers development costs for this technically simple, high-margin gold asset in West Africa....
