SAL Logistics Services has entered into a strategic agreement with Elm, a leading provider of digital solutions, to accelerate digital transformation across its operations. The partnership aims to introduce a fully integrated digital platform designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and customer experience in Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.

The agreement will see Elm leverage its expertise to develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem tailored to SAL’s operations.

Building a digital ecosystem

The new platform will digitise key processes, including shipment scheduling, payment management, delivery notifications, and appointment booking.

By embedding these digital solutions into its service model, SAL expects to significantly streamline workflows, reduce processing times, and strengthen supply chain visibility.

These efforts align closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions, which emphasise logistics as a core enabler of economic diversification and global connectivity.
