Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals signs mining concession agreement

This agreement grants the company the rights to explore and mine in concession area No. 22-D located in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.
The concession area spans 790 square kilometres and is characterized by the presence of an ophiolite rock series, which is known to contain potential deposits of copper and chromium.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Eng. Salem bin Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals, and Dr. Roman Lurf, representing Al-Tamman Indsil Ferrochrome Company.
