KEFI Signs $30M Gold Stream Deal
Exploration and development company KEFI Gold and Copper has signed a term sheet for $30 million in equity-ranking gold streaming finance for its Tulu Kapi Gold Project in Ethiopia.
The agreement – signed with an unnamed fund – remains subject to final documentation and approval by the project’s senior lenders. The gold streams, structured as equity-risk capital, will form part of the project’s broader financing package.
The full project finance package is expected to facilitate the formal launch of the high-grade, high-recovery Tulu Kapi project.
