Endeavour Mining has cemented its position as a leading gold producer in West Africa, with a strong operational base and a high-growth project pipeline poised to enhance its production profile and cost efficiency.

The company currently operates a portfolio of five mines across Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and Burkina Faso, producing over 1.1 million ounces of gold annually at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of $1,281 per ounce.

A Tier-One Operational Portfolio

• Senegal: The Sabodala-Massawa mine, the country's largest, has achieved top-tier status and can produce up to 300,000 ounces per year.
• Côte d’Ivoire: The long-life Ity operation aims to sustain production above 300,000 ounces annually, while the newly commissioned Lafigué mine is positioned as a low-cost asset targeting over 200,000 ounces per year.
• Burkina Faso: The Houndé operation delivers over 250,000 ounces annually, and the Mana mine offers significant potential for resource expansion.

The Future Growth Engine: The Assafou Project

A key driver for future growth is the high-margin Assafou project in Côte d’Ivoire, one of West Africa's most significant recent gold discoveries.

• Resource Scale: Hosts 4.6 million ounces of indicated resources and a maiden reserve of 4.1 million ounces.
• Projected Output: Forecast to produce 329,000 ounces per year over its first decade at a very low AISC of $892 per ounce.
• Development Status: Advancing towards a definitive feasibility study expected by early 2026.

Strategic Advantage and Exploration Success

Endeavour’s success is underpinned by its highly effective exploration strategy in the underexplored Birimian greenstone belt. The company has already exceeded its five-year discovery target, adding between 12 to 17 million ounces of gold at a discovery cost of less than $25 per ounce—roughly one-third of the industry average.
