Dixstone, Technomak Sign Contract for Gabon FLNG Project

Service company Dixstone and equipment supplier Technomak have entered an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Integration (EPCCI) agreement for Perenco’s Cap Lopez floating LNG (FLNG) project, offshore Gabon.
The agreement was signed in the UAE by Haxer Ali, Group CEO, Technomak and Michel Gotab, Managing Director, Dixstone Gulf.
Dixstone was awarded a construction, procurement and integration deal for the project while Technomak will build and assemble the liquefaction barge in Dubai before its deployment to the Cap Lopez terminal.
Set to start operations in 2026, the Cap Lopez FLNG project is designed to produce 700,000 tons per year of LNG and 25,000 tons per year of LPG with storage capacity provided by a converted floating storage unit.
