By: Investing news network

Aurum Resources Limited (ASX: AUE) has announced exceptional high-grade gold results from its ongoing 100,000-metre infill drilling program at the Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire.

Significant new drill intercepts include:

At the BMT3 Deposit, a standout result of 0.80 metres at 350 g/t gold from 277 metres depth was recorded in hole MBDD277. Other high-grade intersections included 1 metre at 274.89 g/t Au and 11 metres at 3.20 g/t Au.

At the BST1 Deposit, notable results included 3 metres at 10.61 g/t Au, which contained a higher-grade section of 1 metre at 30.68 g/t Au.

The company reported that mineralisation at both deposits remains open along strike and at depth, indicating significant potential for further resource growth. To accelerate exploration, Aurum has expanded its owned drilling fleet to 12 rigs.

Aurum's Managing Director, Dr. Caigen Wang, stated that these results confirm the presence of multiple high-grade shoots within the BMT3 system. He also highlighted that similar success is being demonstrated at the company's Napié Project.

The company is well-funded to continue its aggressive exploration and development strategy, with a cash balance of $40 million as of the end of September. A Pre-Feasibility Study for the Boundiali Gold Project is underway, with results expected in the first quarter of 2026. Major Mineral Resource Estimate updates for both the Boundiali and Napié projects are also scheduled for early Q1 2026.
