KEFI Gold and Copper PLC is set to initiate construction at its Tulu Kapi project by the end of 2025, which may significantly impact Ethiopia's mining sector. The project's full development plan has been approved, with a budget of US$340 million, including US$240 million from approved debt facilities. KEFI aims to gather public and private Ethiopian investors and is preparing for a future stock exchange listing. A Memorandum of Intent has been signed by major stakeholders, paving the way for development activities such as community housing and processing infrastructure, potentially leading to Tulu Kapi becoming Ethiopia's next producing gold mine....
