Jubilee Metals expands copper operations in Zambia with Project G acquisition...

Jubilee Metals Group has increased its stake in Zambia's Project G copper mine to 65%, investing $2 million to acquire and upgrade the open-pit operation. Project G is expected to start delivering pre-concentrated copper to the Sable Refinery by December 2024, with plans to ramp up production to 3,000 tonnes of concentrate per month. The company has also secured additional renewable power to support its Zambian operations. Jubilee aims to reach a production target of 25,000 tonnes of copper per year through its copper strategy, which includes Project Munkoyo and Project G....
