Rubix Resources has agreed to acquire exploration licenses in Cameroon and Congo from Nyos and Yoro Metals, targeting areas with no modern exploration. The deal involves payments of $1.2 million cash and 10 million shares, plus performance rights tied to major milestones like a resource estimate or a successful scoping study. The acquisition is contingent on standard conditions, including due diligence and regulatory approvals.
