EasyLease enters UAE logistics sector with strategic acquisition
EasyLease, a leading mobility solutions provider and subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Gallega Global Logistics, a multi-sector logistics service provider under Ghassan Aboud Group.
The strategic acquisition marks EasyLease’s entry into the UAE’s logistics sector, gaining access to Gallega’s expansive 3.5 million square feet of logistics infrastructure across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
