JSE-listed Impala Platinum (Implats) expects to report an improvement in basic earnings per share (BEPS) for the year ended June 30, but warns that headline earnings per share (HEPS) are expected to be lower, primarily owing to the adverse impact of lower sales volumes and inflation on earnings, while the revenue per ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium and platinum (6E) ounce sold remains flat....
