BP has won an arbitration case against Kosmos Energy over the sale of LNG produced by the GTA project. The arbitrator prohibited Kosmos from selling LNG to third parties, reinforcing BP's position in the global gas trade. The dispute dates back to last year and involves the terms of sale of LNG produced during phase 1 of the project. Although the ruling imposes restrictions on Kosmos, it does not affect the original terms of the sales agreement or its long-term financial prospects....
