Trading in Orion’s securities halted on ASX ahead of capital raise
The trading halt is required to enable the capital raising to be undertaken in an orderly manner.
Unless the ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the start of normal trading on July 8, or the release of an announcement to the market by Orion regarding the raise, the ASX indicates.
The JSE has not declared a corresponding trading halt.
Orion is fast-tracking the development of its flagship Prieska copper/zinc mine, in South Africa.
