South Africa's ARM to buy more shares in Canadian copper miner
In addition to the shares in Surge Copper previously bought by ARM, the South African diversified miner now holds about 68.74-million shares – about 19.9% of Surge Copper's issued shares.
ARM says it has acquired the Surge Copper shares for investment purposes.
Surge Copper is advancing an emerging critical metals district in a well-developed region of British Columbia.
