Premier African Minerals Raises £1.38Mn for Zimbabwean Lithium Project
UK mining firm Premier African Minerals has secured £1.38 million through a share placement to advance the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project in Zimbabwe.
The capital will be directed toward optimizing the Primary Flotation Plant, rolling out a proposed spodumene float plant and covering operating expenses and debt settlements. The company will also expand its working capital with the funds raised.
“We are very pleased to have completed this capital raise at a price representing a significant premium to our last funding round, and see this as clear recognition of the progress we are making,” stated George Roach, CEO, Premier African Minerals.
