Oil minister meets ExxonMobil delegation to boost partnership

Minister of Oil and Gas, Khalifa Rajab Abdulsadiq, met with a delegation from ExxonMobil on Saturday to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 2025 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group in Washington.
According to a statement by the Ministry on Facebook, the talks included ExxonMobil’s Vice President for the Middle East, North Africa, and Eastern Mediterranean, Rachid Younsi, alongside Chris Taggart, Co-Head of International Crude Oil Trading, and the Minister’s advisor, Jamal Huwaisa.
Discussions focused on investment opportunities in exploration and production, aimed at enhancing collaboration and supporting efforts to develop Libya’s oil and gas sector.
