The agreements, formalised during the 11th Mining and Energy Conference in Maputo, aim to strengthen the Southern Africa’s energy integration, industrialisation, and sustainable development, aligning with the core objectives of Southern African Development Community.
The MoU with Zimbabwe focuses on deepening collaboration in electricity generation, transmission, and fuel trade, along with joint infrastructure development to support the country’s industrial and energy demands.
