Dark Star terminates Critical One agreement
Dark Star Minerals (CSE:BATT) has terminated its agreement with Critical One Energy (CSE:CRTL) to acquire exploration licences in Namibia.
The two parties entered an option and project acquisition agreement in August 2025 for Dark Star to acquire Critical One’s exploration licences near the Rossing Uranium Mine in Namibia.
Dark Star would also acquire Critical One’s 16% indirect stake in both a mining license and an exclusive prospecting licence.
Critical One will return 14.2 million Dark Star shares that were issued in accordance with the option agreement.
Dark Star Minerals is a uranium and critical minerals explorer focused on aiding the global shift towards sustainable energy.
