The exhibition has become a fixture on Morocco’s economic calendar, serving as a professional and scientific platform for African and international stakeholders in mining, quarrying, geotechnics and construction materials.

Organizers said the event aims to promote knowledge exchange, strengthen partnerships and explore growth opportunities in line with Morocco’s long‑term development strategy.

This year’s program will focus on strategic and critical minerals, increasingly important in the global economy amid rapid environmental and technological change.

Sessions will highlight the use of modern tools such as artificial intelligence, geographic information systems, aerial imaging and drones in exploration.

Delegations from Europe, Asia, Latin America and several African countries are expected to attend, underscoring Morocco’s role in fostering continental cooperation in green economy and extractive industries.

The program includes site visits to major industrial and quarry operations to showcase Morocco’s practices in resource management, environmental standards and sustainable exploitation.

Bilateral meetings between African delegations and Moroccan officials, as well as business‑to‑business sessions, will also be held.

Organizers said the exhibition is “more than just a trade fair,” describing it as a space for collective reflection and shared expertise. They added that its continued success reflects confidence in Morocco’s capabilities and ambition to achieve industrial and technological sovereignty in mining and quarrying.
