The African Development Bank has approved a $1.78 billion strategy for Namibia, targeting job creation and economic diversification from 2025-2030. The plan focuses on two pillars: upgrading critical infrastructure to establish Namibia as a logistics hub and expanding renewable energy access, and investing in human capital through vocational training and support for MSMEs and women entrepreneurs. The funding aims to tackle high youth unemployment and declining incomes while supporting the country's climate goals and building resilience against external economic pressures....
