Hummingbird Resources acknowledges Pasofino Gold's launch of a non-brokered private placement to raise up to US$2.5 million for advancing the Dugbe Gold Project in Liberia. The funding will support ongoing initiatives, with each unit offering shares and purchase warrants. Hummingbird, holding a 53% stake in Pasofino, will not participate in the raise but will retain majority control at around 50.4%. Additionally, Brett Richards, a mining veteran, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to Pasofino's board, bringing valuable West African mining experience....
