US to provide $150m to Zipline to boost Africa operations...

The U.S. has pledged up to $150 million to drone logistics company Zipline to expand medical supply delivery to remote health facilities across five African countries. The initiative, under a new U.S. global health strategy, aims to modernize health logistics, strengthen outbreak response, and support U.S. manufacturing. Zipline will use the funding to scale its drone network, with the goal of creating jobs and generating economic benefits. While the U.S. provides startup capital, partner governments are expected to cover long-term operating costs, shifting to a unified, efficient national health delivery system....
